The backing for this sign measures 36" wide by 24" tall.
"UV Free Tanning" is turquoise with letters measuring 3" tall.  The border is purple.  The sun is orange, yellow, and red.  The animation sequence is as fallows view 1, view 2, view 3, then off.  The animation from start to finish takes 12 seconds.  The animation time breaks down as follows view 1 seconds 1-4, view 2 seconds 5-6, view 3 seconds 7-10, and the animation is off the remainder of the twelve seconds.
